WHO WE ARE
DanielSamuel Care, a Supported Living Accommodation for vulnerable adults with mental health illness and adults with learning disabilities.
We are located in a well-established location in London Borough of Newham. We provide supported accommodation with support provided by trained staff; to empower and support our residents through their journey to recovery, develop or re-learn independent living skills, engage with their community, maintain relationship with family and friends but especially maintain Good Health and Wellbeing.
OUR MISSION
At DanielSamuel Care, we aim to be in partnership with residents and their circle of support: to provide innovative, person-centred care and support in a safe and modern environment, to support adults with enduring mental illness and neurological disorders including people sectioned under the Mental Health Act who are being discharged from hospital or in the community who require supported living accommodation environment, to maintain their journey to recovery.
OUR VISION
Our Vision is to see a community where people with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems live independent life in a safe and secured environment where they are able to take control of their own lives and maintain good mental health.
