QUALITY OF ACCOMMODATION

We are aware that the quality of the living environment is a significant factor in whether the outcomes of the support service can be achieved. Our service living environment is well maintained and appropriately equipped to better achieve the outcomes of the support services.

Repairs and Maintenance:

  1. Ensure a cost-effective repairs and maintenance service to homes and communal areas that responds to the needs of, and offers choices to, tenants, and has the objective of completing repairs and improvements right first time.
  2. Meet all applicable statutory requirements that provide for the health and safety of residents.

OUR RESIDENTS

Each set of selection criteria is specific to the individual service and reflects the aims and objectives of the service as below:

  • Adults with severe and enduring mental illness, between 18-65 years old
  • Adult with Learning Disabilities between 18-65 years old
  • Adults with complex needs, who requires a 24-hour supported living accommodation.
  • Adults under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), with a named care co-ordinator and opened to a community mental health team/service.
  • Adults with risk history that can be managed in a supported living environment.

OUR STAFF

Our staff comprise of people with recognised qualifications, skills, right attitude and experience of working with adults with mental illness and/or Learning Disabilities including Autism. We bring our wealth of experience to work with our residents to help them live as healthy and independently as possible and be part of their community.
